H&W: 192 cm, 105-110 kg (6 feet 3 inches, 230-240 lbs)
training: 5-6 years
BodyFat: 14 %
First cycle: test enanthate 1-10 (500 mg / week)
Second cycle: test enanthate 1-12 (600 mg / week)
Is this cycle OK (for "litlle" lean muscle mass, "little cutting" and athletic performance (for endurance enhancement and conditioning...) ???
I do not need 20 lbs+ mass (muscle&water&fat), maybe 8-12 lbs (this is maximum) and i want to lower % BF (dropping from 14 % BF to 10 %).
Diet: 400g PROTEINS, 100g CARBS around a training and 100g of healthy FAT.
Weight training: 5x / week
Cardio: 3-4 times per week (20-45 minutes)
1st
1-3 & 16-18 Testosterone Propionate 100 mg / EOD
1-15 Testosterone enanthate 500 or 750 / week
1-15 EQ 650 mg / week
12-18 Anavar 60 mg / ED
2nd
1-8 Testosterone Propionate 125 mg / EOD
1-8 Anavar 80 mg / ED
What is better for my goals ? 1st or 2nd ??
