Suggest a good fat burner

Hello Guys!
Well i'm completely fed up with my running, then college and after that gym schedule. So at last, i'm really looking forward to use a fat burner.
1.So first of all i would like to ask you guys, is it safe to take Fat Burners?

2.Can you guys please suggest a good fat burner from your experience?
one of my friends suggested me to use Hydroxycut Elite. Is that a good product?
3. Any side effects of fat burners by your experience, whatsoever?

I suggest n2stim and n2burn from needtobuildmuscle.com. They are a great addition to a diet for extra fatloss.

If you cant get ntbm products then I suggest just dieting. All that hydroxycut and stuff is crap. I would Pm needto and see if theres anyway he can get products to you.

Diet is the only sure way to cut. Supps can sometimes help suppress hunger, but are nothing compared to discipline.

Well i've controlled my diet for sure. It's much cleaner now and much managed than before. I take 5 small meals a day to keep metabolism rate up. Any other suggestions?
 
All that you need to lose weight is right in your kitchen and in your desire to...don't over think it.

Good input..

OP-- 300-500 calories less than what you need to maintain weight, lift hard and heavy. Fat burners really only are caff. and some appetite suppressants. Tho I do like Oxylite Pro and Shred Matrix. ppl around here like the stuff from NTBM too.

Well how's shred matrix? That's available in my area and hydroxycut by muscletech too but that's costly. Shred MAtrix is in my budget though.
And i'm really always take care of how much i eat and always make sure i burn those carbs. :)
 
PERSONALLY- when I try to lean out, I keep carbs at 1g per lb of weight/ and drop some grams of fat (like 15g of fat) that puts me in 300 calorie deficit. Plus I add in sprints. Doing those two gets me in the 10% area within 4-6 weeks (I don't full out bulk cuz I think it's stupid)
Shred matrix gives energy n curbs appetite some what so if u stay busy, you'll think less about food. BUT when dieting, jack up the veggie intake and water- you'll mentally feel full.
