lol, im a lil sensitive about this one. i walked into a surgery one day and they were discussing sexual health and teenage pregnancies and the doctor in charge asked the question 'why is it if a man sleeps with 100 women he's a 'stud' but if a woman does she's a 'slut' and looks at me for an answer.
i was the only man in the room. everyone else was obviously a woman.....
seriously though i dont see why girls fuss about stuff like this so much. so she sleeps with a new guy every week. so what as long as she does it safely? she enjoys sex, let her.
and another thing....is it just me or do virtually all the characters in friends have a different sexual partner every week

I don't mean that women uphold it consciously tho...Because we have grown up with that double standard, we are taught to look down on girls who sleep around, and consequentially, it 'keeps other women in check' because they don't wanna be called a slut. #2 - Promiscuity is good, let's not speak ill of it.
#3 - Maybe the word "stud" evolved from the time back in the 13th century, when a prophet named Bazkialli told a story about a man with a great number of sexual partners. This man was said to have had sex with thousands upon thousands of women. This was easily confirmed as the man would always spike the women through their forehead against a cedar post with a 13 1/2" inch 'scale stud' as it was known back then.
