so i was talkin to strongbow this past summer and he was talking about how jacked he was in plat chat bragging about his quads.

he sent me a picture and it was one that was his avatar for a little bit. it was of jacked quads. i showed him respect and was like woah maybe this guy isnt full of shit.

well just 5 minutes ago i found out about a gym in chicago called "quads gym"

i looked at google images and this pic came up, the very same pic that strongbow had as his avatar for a bit and sent to me as a picture of his super jacked quads.

aparently he just looked up "quads" in google.

i really dont believe weve seen a real pic of this douchebag, and i think at this point its dangerous and a risk to take any weightlifting advice from him.

beware guys.

I see we are scared SB may get a position on EF so we make up stories and drudge up the past to try and remind everyone what an asshole he is. Pretty bad shit right there, I guess this is Subz trying to run a smear campaign. LOLZ.

FYI I also sent SL some wheel pics so he can vouch for me as well. And it is not my fault your wheels are lagging behind Mr. Ed, you should maybe use your teeth routine, for legs. As well as it has worked for growing them monster ass teeth, your wheels should grow nicely.

iv never had anyone comment on my teeth before, but i started the thread so i dunno who else hes making fun of.

im way more jacked than he is, by default, because he has never posted a real pic.

im smarter than him, as everyone knows without me having to provide evidence to back up

im stronger than him, because even if he was super jacked (which he better be based on all the drugs he uses) his back is frail as fuck now

and keepin it to his level, i can certainly "beat his bish ass" because he is missing an eye, and has a fucked up back.

hes worthless as a human being, seriously has nothing to contribute to anyone in any form, other than something to laugh at

What are some of the biggest <a href="http://bodybuilding.elitefitness.com/bodybuilding-scams" target="_blank">bodybuilding scams</a> and lies you've been told by the magazines and the supplement companies? Here's a few that broke my heart when I first found out.

1- The bodybuilders in the advertisements aren't actually using the supplements they endorse.

2- Pictures in the mags are majorly photoshopped so that the athletes look way better in print than they do in real life.

3- Some of the articles in the magazines are written by ghost writers NOT the bodybuilders name under the title.

These are just a few. I could go on a major rant here, but I'll share 3 more of the Biggest Bodybuilding Lies in the video below instead.
