anyone notice wheneve theres an ab contest digi always talks about eating super unhealthy.

he also takes weird angled and dark or distant pictures. talk about insecure.
that being said - if i look half as good as him when im his age, i will be very pleased with myself. great work to both glad and digi, you both look faaaaaaaaaabbbbbulous
digi you remind me of this HGH junkie at my gym. he looks maybe 50-60 but is SUPER FUCKING RIPPED. its weird. i want to ask him what his secret is - but i already know LOL

you dumbshit...i was celebrating...i eat VERY clean 5-6 days a week...year round (except around Christmas and new years)...at my age, i can't get to far away from my core diet for very long...plus, i think i look like shit right now...i'm actually pretty disppointed.

ok, subz...i shrunk a couple of the pics too much...i'm not a professional...i resized them again...
...and the angle is just so you can get a feel for how deep the valleys are...i have nothing to hide...i walk around my yard like that all summer, and i hang out at the community pool with my kids...stop by any time you want! cold beer in the fridge!!
