wow bunny u really now your stuff,thanks for every ones advice. gonna put it into practice and see what happens. my stats are;5'9 11st7 and 22 percent body fat.my goals are to be ripped and to be able to see my abs cos i havent seen them since i was 11 haha.i was 12.7st at 17 years old and never seen the gym. i have beeen training 5 days a week,mon wed and fri train 2 mucsle groups and three cardio sessions 60 min each
