Strengthen the neck

What do you guys need to do to really strengthen the neck area ? I want to make my neck jacked!

Synthol in my neck...nah I don't really do any neck specific neck training. Back when I wrestled, we had some neck training machines you stuck your head in that would help strengthen it for bridges and such.
