Ive been training for a triathalon. I know it will take a while to get into very excellent shape, but I was wondering if u ppls thought that it would be better to do strength or toning training w/ weights.
I'm an amateur endurance enthusiast myself and have found it hard to find good info pertaining to AAS and endurance sports. I found some excellent threads on endurance training on www.cuttingedgemuscle.com forum. If you are serious about Tri check them out and get back to Elitefitness and share the wealth.
