Store shefl produsts in reviedw: is isopure a good protein

So... this is a protein that contains higher calories than most of the other protein powders in the market, so I wondering if higher calories can be more beneficial for muscle building or it'll make storage fat.

Isopure has two different types of protein shakes for sale. The Isopure protein shake is a meal replacement shake that has carbs and fats added. The Isopure zero carb protein shake is a pure whey isolate.

Wheytobuildmuscle and Isopure zero carb are basically the same thing. They are both pure whey isolate protein powders with very minimal fat and carbs. If you are trying to loose weight, they would be a better option to the regular isopure because the calories will be much less per serving.

I personally use the new PB crunch wheytobuildmuscle from n2bm.com. The taste is out of this world good and it is quite a bit cheaper then isopure zero carb.

I personally would get a carb free whey isolate like wheytobuildmuscle or isopure zero carb and then added carbs to it when you want a carb source. It's more versatile that way. You can use the protein by itself when you don't want carbs and then add in carbs when you do want a carb source.

As Muskate said, wheytobuildmuscle and isopure without the carbs its pretty much the same thing. What it boils down to is shipping costs and the price. And flavouring of course, as I find it quite important if you use it daily or few times a day

All you have to do is check the ingredients. If it has whey isolate as the first ingredient, does not contain whey concentrate, HFCS, maltodextrin, etc., then it is a good product.

As a general rule, more calories and carbs will mostly contribute to fat gains, rather than muscle gains. Ideally, you want to get the maximum amount of protein in comparison to carbs and calories.

This is why I like to much the Isolation by N2BM. It is made with whey isolate only, so there is no lactose, and consequently there are less carbs and fats. Hence, it allows to make cleaner gains, since it is a much cleaner protein product.

Always pay attention to the labels - you want to get as much whey isolate as possible, and the least amount of whey concentrate. Obviously, there should be as little artificial sweetners and additives as possible, since you don't really need those, and they will not be beneficial for you.
