Stopping Gyno?

Varsity13

New member
In planning for my first cycle I have aquired liquidex and nolvadex in order to combat any gyno that my begin during my 10 week cycle.

(test enanthat at 500mg per week)
(d-bol 30 mg ED)

However, I realize that I dont really know what the begining signs of gyno are or look or feel like. Could anyone elaborate on just how the beginning stages of gyno will look or feel, so that I can know what I need to look out for and be aware of. How does bloat feel? What do the beginnings of bitch tits feel like? And how can I stop them before they ever begin? I know these questions sound stupid, but from doing research I really haven't gotten any clear ideas of the answers!
Do you think I will even have to deal with much aromatization with the cycle I have planned?

Any answers are greatly appreciated!!

Itchy swollen sensitive nipples...nipples that appear droopy, lumps in nipples are a few signs that may or may not happen all at once.

Yes, both test and dbol can aromatize to estrogen. However, some people are not as susceptable to gyno as others so it's anyone's guess whether or not it will be a problem for you. Gyno starts out as very sensitive (and maybe puffy) nipples. If it progresses past that, you will develop hard knots or lumps under the nipples.

You have two choices here: 1) You can choose to take no anti-estrogens. The pros here are faster mass gains and a better cholesterol/lipid profile than choice 2. The cons are a) a higher chance of gyno and if gyno does rear its ugly head, you will have to stop your cycle early and jump on nolva to head it off. and b) you will gain a lot of water or bloat.

2) You can take your liquidex at 0.5 mg ed to suppress estrogen production. The pros (obviously) are a) a lesser chance of gyno. With your stated cycle, I think it would be extremely unlikely. b) much less water gain or bloat. The cons are: a) somewhat slower mass gains b) a worse cholesterol/lipid profile.

A couple things to note: It is unknown whether you are susceptable to gyno or not so you might want to take a chance and skip the anti-e's and enjoy those faster gains and better cholesterol profiles. The water gains will disappear when you stop your cycle.

But, then again, it is a calculated risk. If you end up with gyno and have to stop your cycle early to deal with it, it won't have been worth it. Also, a bad cholesterol profile for three months probably won't hurt you and it will normalize anyway after you stop your cycle (and the anti-e's).

Since your test is a longer acting ester, if you start to develop gyno and have to stop, the test will not be out of your system for weeks during which time estrogen would still be being produced and the gyno could still be progressing.

Given all the above, I would suggest you go with choice 2 and take your liquidex at 0.5 mg ed to prevent the onset of gyno. Your gains will still be good but with less bloat and the chance of gyno would be almost non-existant with your stated dosages of test and dbol.
