stomach issues while on ECA

I wonder if anyone here has experience stomach issues from ECA, this my second week on it and my feces have gotten very soft, cloe to diahrrea, is this normal? thanks for any info.

you are probably dehydrated man..

It's probably as simple as Steve says. I've never done an ECA stack

Remember that the ephedrine and caffeine in the ECA stack are both very strong stimulants. Stimulants dehydrate the body like @stevesmi said

I suspect your problem is due to dehydration.

Aim to drink 5-6L of clean water each day. More is obviously better but use that amount as the bare minimum.

I have never had that and have used the stack plenty of times. Is it possible that you have a lot of nasty food you are still getting rid of? Definitely try drinking more water too.
