Love it!!! I started out wanting to just get fucking jacked but honestly the last 5+ years I have completely changed and just enjoy being lean and feeling/looking good.
 
Really good stuff here Dylan. Especially for the younger guys. I think it’s safe to say we all have had this mentality to some degree when we were younger. It’s absolutely unnecessary and self defeating. Great content!
