Arnold summed it up nicely many years ago when a guy at his gym asked him how he devoloped such an incredible body. He said that he took 6 teaspoons of salt a day. You just have to find out what works for you. There will be some natural product that your body is either deficient of or that will make you grow like a weed because of your particular genetics.
