Steroids, and women

Okay here is the deal. I am alway in the gym I am 6 ft 200 pound women sounds big but I promise I am not. I would like gain weight but lose fat if that makes sense. And I just needed any opinions on anavar. And if anyone has taken it. I love lifting in the gym every day and on a good diet. I just would like to see definition.

Diet is going to be the biggest factor in achieving the results you are after, so I'm not sure Anavar is the right route to take for you. Have you considered sarms? Thank you for helping. And I am kinda just guiding my diet by myself. I am doing high protein low carbs. Not really counting calories and anything. I will for sure look into that !

Ive tried S-4 and im currently using LGD-4033. And I can say I am highly impressed with these sarms in the short time ive used them. Ive spent tons of money on supplements, no supplement has ever given me the results as these sarms for the price offered. Much cheaper than anavar or any steroid. If you want Osta (mk-2866), GW-501615 (Cardarine), or LGD-4033, go with SARMS1.com like rickrock suggested. But if you want S-4, I would go for uniquemicals.com In my opinion they have put out a quality product for a very, very cheap price.
 
You're gonna need to count calories at least for a few days to get an idea of where you're at. It's 80% diet. or....throw up a day's worth of meals on here and we can help you. It doesn't matter what you take if you're diet isn't dialed in properly.
 
Okay well here is what I usually eat
Breakfast -yogurt w/granola and sometimes a fruit
Snack- usually grapes or carrots some type of fruit or vegetable
Lunch- salad with either chicken or tuna
Snack- usually a protein shake about the time I go to the gym
Dinner-usally chicken or tilapia and a vegetable of some kind and sometimes brown rice or a yam

Doesnt sound horrible, but as mentioned its going to be important for you to try and get a baseline for calories in/out. If your weight/bf is holding steady track your food for a week, weigh and document everything. the usda has a very complete database for nutritional content of foods.

Once you know where your at, cut 300-500 cals a day and monitor progress. Make sure to keep notes on if your workouts intensity is falling off or strength wanes. Could be a sign your not getting enough food and may have to add some back in.

Add in high intensity cyclic cardio, tabatta etc. If intensity is high 10-20 minutes is all it takes.

Lastly if you do all the above and the weight still isnt moving then you need to consider miconutrient deficiencies. The most common offender is iodine/selenium, both crucial for optimal thyroid function. I struggled with some fat that diet alone couldnt solve. Once I started looking closer at specific nutrients, everything has come back in line.
