Mostly I want to know why I'm the LAST to know that roids decrease breast size. Since when? When did this start happening and why wasn't I notified? lol

The Goddess of miracles had ask me to write up and send out that memo but I could not for the life of me find the correct way to word it and of course it came out terribly wrong and somewhat condescending, so I had put it aside for a while.

And then I forgot to send out that memo completely.

Well, she's going to change her excersise routine to increase the number of times a week... what would you all suggest?

She's serious about getting more muscular and losing the huge breasts, she was on the verge of getting breast reduction surgery, but knowing of the generally listed side effect of most steroids of breast tissue loss.. and as I said before her liking for the fbb look, she wanted to try this as an alternative.

I can 99% guarantee is she starts with a clean diet, a good 4 day split and lifts as heavy as she can....she will loose some of those boobs!!

I would not give her var if she does not have that down first.
