5'6, 175# and 14% bf but you can't see your abs? Prob more like 'about' 24%. You start seeing abs under 20%, at 14% you would have a decent 6 pack.
Honestly I don't understand why people lie about such trivial shit. You're overweight, own it. A caloric deficit and cardio will shed fat, not steroids.
Once you're done getting your nutrition in check,
Test P, Tren A, Mast P is a classic recomp stack. Start at 210 and titrate up to 350 each per week if you can handle the Tren sides. Add 6 weeks of Anavar in there at the end.
Unless this is your first cycle then just do test, anavar and some gh.
