Sterioids and "everybody else"

So i am working out at the gym today and this this trainer comes up to me and say hey you look like your getting huge... are you on the juice (in a condecending manner)

When he said that it made me fell like a fucking loser. Do you guys openly tell others at the gym.. personal friends that you are doing sterioids.

I mean the only person that i have talked to was another trainer about superdrol and i told him i purchased it... (i am not even taking it yet) So its not like i am running my mouth.... but i am like if people are being judgemental over superdrol i can imagine what they would say if i really did start using sterioids.

So i am interested in everyones experiance in this topic....do you guys tell anybody about steriods other than like real close friends and spouse.

What do they say,,,,, every body i talk to are just filled with negitive opinons about the issue, which makes me want to just keep all of this to my self

I had a buddy of mine at my house he was doing cocaine in front of me... saw a body building book and went on about how it is unhealthy to do steriods.... ist that lame... he was even making judgemental statements like what do you think you will look like when you are 70 if you use sterioids now....AHHH.
 
i only tell one person and that is my workout partner, which he has been my workout partner for 6 years now.. it is nobody elses business, PERIOD... unless a health issue arises, then i would tell my doc. :)

personal trainers are idots. i fuckin hate them. they passed a test big deal. they need to keep them guys on an island with fat people so they can teach them how to workout cuase theres nothing most of them can teach me
 
actually dude i just made another post about a trainer at my gym that you will get a kick out of ... its called "ok guys i need you help" and its in the anobolic xtreme fourum... check it out and tell me what you think.
 
the only people i talk aas with is my friends that use it, i dont even tell my best friends. non-users view on roids is all negative and full of shit, cause they havent done any research and they know nothing about it.... and i would never think about telling a girlfriend b/c most girls can be very scandalous whores and use that shit against you some time down the road.

i dont tell people for the reasons you stated. they are filled with neg views from idiots who dont use properly and the media. Ill tell my fiencee(dont know how to spell it) and a close friend or two if they are already edjucated about it
 
I've told my gf (she injects me), and my best friend of 9 years, several others "know" because I've gained so much weight. Gotta keep quiet because you never know who has a big mouth
 
yea i was an ass to him when he said it.... because the whole senerio was there was a picture of three bodybuilders posing for a competition in the book i was looking at and thats when he said .. what are they going to look like when they are seventy and i looked right at him and said.. dude what the fuck are you going to look like when you are seventy...

I guess it just sucks that every one has terrible beliefs about steriods... even other drug users ,,,, that is just wrong
 
Now what about family... like good old mom and pops. Dude the C.I.A. has nothing on my mom... she would just know like if i lied to them i guess they would partly beleive me but they would always be suspect.

i dont me to sound like a B**** but if my parents thought i was doing steriods it would break my heart.

Now i know someone will say well than maybe you shouldnt take sterioids which would be a valid statemnt but what about parents or others that might just know that you are using steriods. what do you do about those situations
 
People don't know enough about gear to have a "real" opinion on it. The reason for this is media only announces the negative outcomes. They never show the positive or show how many educated healthy users there are out there.
 
Lie to everyone except those who use and know already. If you knew how the average jackass on the street really felt, it would scare you. Your perspective is really only shared by those of us educated on the subject.

yea it just sucks because it makes me feel like a druggie you know i mean having to lie to everyone and do this shit when nobody is looking..... it sucks but what ever ... "its my hott body ill do what i want"... lol as cartman would say
 
agreed, non-users have no clue because all of their knowledge is based on some bs they heard from somebody who doesnt have a clue...overall just keep it to yurself and if u have some buddies who do use it can be ok to talk with them but use ur best judgement because overall people do have big mouths and it just causes stress u dont need.
 
can be prety devistating to hear people find out about steroid use. happened to me just out of HS, hate the place im from with a passion now, and hate myself even more everytime im back because of it. small community type thing, never tell anyone, not even those you "think" you can trust, or maybe its just females, because i only told one...........

Most personal trainers don't even have to take tests. In KY, they don't have to be certified.

Don't tell anyone except your wife or a long-time girlfriend. Or a training partner that you have had for a long time and that you trust not to run their mouth. Anyone else doesn't need to know. :evil:
 
What the others said about females is right, never tell 'em b/c most of them won't hesitate to use that shit against you when they're mad. The amount of misinformation on steroids is fucking astounding. What gets me is people who have done absolutely no research are so adament about how bad they are. Like a girl I work with said to me today " I just saw a show where this guy on steroids killed himself and I heard that that happens all the time." When I said that steroids have a purpose just like any other drug and can be abused by idiots she disagreed. Most people who talk to me about it have been totally brainwashed. Tell no one other than those closest to you.

as far as personal trainers go...i think you have to have an I.Q. below 70 just to be one. i listened to this clown with his client the other day at the gym. you would not believe the idiotic advice this moron was giving this poor guy and this guy was sucking it up like it was the enlightened truth of the century. everything from "only use SOY protein supps" to horrible training advice that would do nothing but give you a bad back.

when someone says something about it, do you defend it? or kind of agree with them? just so it doesnt look like your defending it. i give them the cold shoulder....
 
my buddy suspects I may be using and he said he would try steroids but he heard they make your head big so I said "really" and started asking questions about them like I was clueless. it seems most neg opinions are comming from people with unhealthy lifstyles

I tell everyone that wants to know. im not ashamed of it, why would i hide it. its not a huge deal in canada and my gym is juice-head central soooo its not a big deal. plus most people can just look at me and say "ure on gear". plus just the thought of going around and hiding it makes me feel like a 14 year old kid trying to hide the fact that he smoked a cigarette from his parents. and how hypocritical would it be if i preached "natural, natural, look at me i dont do gear and i look huge" and go home and shoot some test. the thought of it alone makes me sick. but thats just me and MO. if you guys disagree, thats fine, its a personal matter.

When people ask me about it, I try to educate them on how juice can be used safely if a person knows what they are doing, but I usually end up getting frustrated and walking away b/c, like I said, most people have been brainwashed so much that they are positive that they are already experts and that one small cycle could kill anyone. It's frustrating because I want people to know the truth and it's difficult to tell them about it without incriminating yourself or sounding like a meat head. Most people, even my family, know my opinion about roids, but when people ask me if I juice, I tell them that I have before and that I really don't need to right now, maybe I'll try it again in my forties. That, at least, usually gets most people off my back.

No how does the law work in the instance of a steroid user going to the doctor. Is the doctor bound by confidentiality or can the doctor get the cops involved if you talk to them about it or they find it on a test.
 
As long as you are not putting others in danger (ie - threatening to kill someone) then they are legally bound by the Patient/Doctor confidentiality agreement (can't remember the name exactly), but some are scumbags who will tell your insurance about it.
 
what kills me is the people that are judging us are the same people who cost taxpayers millions a year because they're stuffing they're bodies with big macs, cigarettes, etc, while sitting on the couch watching tv, not giving a s*** about themselves. imo- steroids are like anything else, if used intelligently and responsibly, the health risks are few and far between. there are one hell of alot more people dying from overeating and sedentary lifestyles than there are guys dying from roids. give me a fu**ing break. just my 2 cents.
 
Don't ever tell anybody, it has come back to haunt me. Just like letsrun4it said you never know who has a big mouth. It's unfortunate that we have to lie, but people are so ignorant about the subjet it makes me nuts.
 
i dont give a shit what people think, when people ask if iam on juice i say yea, my family knows , i dont see what the big deal is man , fucking crispy cream donougts are worse to your health then roids are but fat ass people still eat them shits, at least with what we do we look fucking good and we get the bitches while fat asses are jerkin off on the net eating a box of dougnuts.

the thought that we look better then them ONLY because of AAS gives them comfort. and they won't change their minds no matter what because they will lose that comfort.

The misinformation out their is discusting, I just watched part of a CSI and they said steroids (sust, deca, and var) suppressed his immune system so he died of exposure to some fungi spores. that's BS, deca enhances immune system aswell many other positive effects.

i never tell anyone outside of my home girl friend Only and if she is not living with me that I dont tell her shit Because people are funny and and the grape vine is fucked up tell one friend and he may say something not meaning too, to another friend and his dad is a cop or some shit THIS HAS HAPPENED so I keep my pie hole shut when guys come up and say shit I play stupid So ( when they say stupid remarks like ) wow you are getting big Or you are jacked whaT DO YOU TAKE just act like you are shocked ??
