Stepped on the Scale....

Read 197lbs with just boxers on.... I gained backed all the weight i lost when i was sick, I went from 197 to 185 in two weeks cause I could eat or sleep well oir even touch a weight. I got my squat workout coming up in about 2 hours so right now i'm gonna carb up a little and rest before I do my hell routine. So every one give there stats, I mean the real ones without the internet lbs added on...

6'1" and i weighed 210 at the gym last night ,when i step on stage i'll be alot lower thoughbut my show is not till june :D :D
 
Five foot seven or eight, weighed in at my last meet at 225, between 225 and 230 right now. No internet pounds. Too old for that shit, and even if I tried to B.S. the forum, Screwball and BigOkie know me and would call Bullshit on me.

I'm 6'2" @ 297 lbs. (and climbing) probably 15%-18% BF. I wear a 54 Long Jacket and the sleeves are a bit tight in the upper arms. My favorite color is green. I like homemade cookies; hot from the oven. I also like long walks on the beach. Uhhhh, too much information...

284 last night...up 6lbs in a week. This higher carb stuff works. :) I'm actually just getting my diet back into check. When you weigh a lot...you have to eat a lot to maintain. You have to eat a ton to gain.

what show you doing in june bro?

i hopped on the scale at 173 today. not bad hanging on to the muscle for now. hope contest prep doesnt wipe me out too much. only have a bit more to go. june is my show too.
 
5'10 (actually 5'9" 3/4, but it says 5'10" on my license :). 10-12% BF. Weighed in at 188 the other day, with sweatpants and sneakers on, but post workout, so I'm thinking I am about 183-185. Up from low 170's when I started bulking. Been sick the last few days though so bulking not going as well. Getting better though, throwing down a steak and some oatmeal right now :)

5'11'' 200lbs 10%bf. Since I fucked up my shoulder a few weeks ago I've lost 10lbs :bawling: . Hopefully it will heel soon or I'll be forced to simply get super shreeded this summer.

Don't worry you'll get there just some patience and intensity when you workout,but most importantly intelligence and knowledge will help you gain the weight.....
 
Big dudes on this board,

Screwball is right on about his size. He is a freakin monster. And I think he is leaner at 300 lbs than I am in the 220's.

BigOkie is one for you guys to look out for too. Big and lean and young, he will be the biggest guy on this forum within the next 3 or 4 years.

1RM Bench up to 315# (doesn't matter much but the uneducated always ask 'how much ya bench') Working on my Lats and getting bf% down right now.

btw, first time I ever saw this board in the winter of 2000 I was almost 290# @ 40-45 bf% (just guessing since I didn't know enough to get measured)

240(probably 5 pounds is water)
i have no idea what bodyfat % im at but i can see 4 very blurry abs when i flex them. but take my word for it, im certainly not lean :D

i remember saying that! and what did i do from there? drop another 21lbs. sheesh!

well back up around 169 right now...but thicker than when i was at 173. go figure. ah well.

By then I think that should be big enough for sprinting, and basketball :)

6'4'' 304lb. 14%, I've put on a little extra to compensate for what will be lost in training camp. Speaking of camp, damn I'm gonna miss my test :)
 
5'10" 160 lbs weighed a few hours ago.

Don't klnow about bf but I can barely see abs.

I went on vacation for 9 days and worked out ony once, like 2/3 of a aworkout's worth of intensity. Ate like a pig. Before I left I was 163 with less showing of abs.

So it looks like 163 is about as heavy as I will naturally be in shape. I guess I gotta get back up there and do a 1-AD cycle and see where it goes from there.

5 9 171lbs as of today. almost 20 lbs heavier than i was sitting 5 weeks ago! yaaaay. aint water, food and heavier weights a blessing? not to mention the 2-AD and beta ecdysterone ive been taking for 4 days. soon as i hit 180 i'll be stoked, i havent weighed that in a long time. not to mention if i am lean.

rambling.....shut up nate. :D
