Actually shes right.... Semen can carry a lot more diseases than vaginal fluid... much higher chance of a woman contracting something compared to a man.

This is true. Ejaculate is like an attack on the woman's uterus. You're shooting out foreign material into the woman. Also, there is more biological material in semen than in vaginal secretions.

You are less likely to get a disease from a woman by going down on her. The sores that are apparent on a male's genetalia when he has chylmidia are not quite as visible on a woman. They often appear inside her vagina. HIV/AIDS is possible to spread but only under extreme conditions (ie. she's on the rag and you have a cut in your mouth).
