My one little cousin has been asking me for a while advice on training/cycle advice and hes 22 been lifting for 3 almost 4 years just with whey protein and your average bs no xplode and other crap, no pro hor's or any of that stuff but I want some true vets opinions is this too young to start or should I tell him its in his favor to or not too. I didnt wanna just rely on my opinion hehe cause i already kno what i would say:evil:

22 is definately on the younger side but wonder how has he been gaining natty? Does he need to think about steroids if he's still able to train and make gains?

very true Im assuming hes brickwalled with the casual gain here or there, I mean 3 years aint no year of lifting type of gains but I'll have to check with him and see. he is also my body type around 19-21% bf so I know he doesnt wanna bulk at all. Any pro's cons to starting that early i can tell him so he knows hes not going into this completely alone

To be honest if your sensible starting at 22 is not likely to have any serious issues. The problem with starting this age is long term use used to mean HRT was in your future at some point. These days I think we might be able to avoid that given what we know about PCT and overall recovery.

Should also note that he might be able to make some considerable gains natty with an improvement in diet and training if he has been maintaining a bodyfat at around 20%. For someone with 3 years+ training and that age that is quite high.

As long as he's been training for at least 3 years CONTINUOUSLY then there's no probs with starting AAS. It's important to have a solid base to start from while employing AAS and a solid handle on the nutritional requirements that come with AAS use.

at 22 years old with 19+ percent bf,, I would check and see what he is doing wrong,,, with 3 yrs of heavy training he is either messing up somewhere or he has natty low test....... b4 he does any roids have him get his levels checked....... 22 is too young......

tell him to train for another year trying to get that bf down to more like 12-13% before starting. he will like the results more since he will be at lower bf. I say 5 years minimum before getting into AS.

With that level of body fat it seems to me that he's looking for the "easy" way. You know you actually have to train hard when using steroids. Does he know that? It's not magic, it's training.

A man's natural test level don't top out until between 25 and 29. So at 22 he is still pumping out a lot of natural testosterone. I'm willing to bet that his test levels are in the high normal range.

You can get blood tests without going to a doctor by using Home and it's cheap.
