Oh..One other thing..what about abs ? since on my plan i only do legs once a week now does that mean abs once a week? Can I add them on cardio day? and what will help to get all six to show...i have four showing now....I can post pictures later to show what they look like now...i have a small pouch on the bottom which is shrinking and the top little two directly under the pecs dont show....any suggestions? and i ordered the r-liopic acid and am order the rest of my supplements today
