I don't have sustain? Anyone else think I should go 20/20/10/10?

Honestly , I don't think you need either. UNLEASHED, POST CYCLE, HCGenerate should do it. Starting with a shot of HMG would speed things up. If you're really estro sensitive, add some dex. That's all you need. And you may want to look into BRIDGE.

I recommend mild nova cycle its just the days of running nova are greatly smoothened out running Unleashed & HGRegenerate,and it makes a much softer landing.

Because most people are still parroting the stuff Dan Duchaine said in 1989. Even Dan admitted Nolva sucks later in his life...and that was before all the options today. Most internet "gurus" are nothing but encyclopedias of outdated information.

you need to keep researching then lmao. Ya dont have to have nolva or clomid. Sustain alpha is a photo serm and works just like them. Unleashed/post cycle will take care of the rest if you ask me. Adding hcgenerate to the last weeks of the cycle is a good pre pct and will set you up nice.

Causes potential estrogen rebound

Is site specific, so it's good to prevent gyno but not all the other estro symptoms

Lowers HDL

Raises LDL

Weakens bones

Lowers red blood cell count

Lessens gains


Is that enough?
