I am just getting able to train agian after a recent surgury.
Please look at my routine and for starting over and see what you guys think.
Day 1- squats and legpress
Day 3-shoulder press, varous laterals, and biceps
Day 5-Dead lift, bench press.
only for 6 weeks untill I can get my strength back up a little?
