Starting Nutrex cycle

So I took the plunge and order 1-TU and Vitargo-CGL. I order it through www.massnutrion.com they were the cheapest of all. Cost me $90 for the order.

1-TU is $49
CGL is $34

Everyone else wanted 12 to 20 dollars more.

This is the plan.

I will start MOnday 12/9/2002 if I get it by that day and do a 6 week cycle.

I keep a journal of my workouts so it will be easy for me to post my workouts and weight gain. I will ask my buddy to do a bodyfat test since he is a trainer at the gym. I will do one before I start and try to do one every week.

I have had great success with 1-ad and 4-ad as a stack. I like to try some new things and see if they work. Mag-10 did nothing for me but burn my wallet. Hopefully this will not. Pinnacle poppers were a waste as well. Max muscle product were good, saw some results.

I will write down what I eat as well if anyone is interested in that as well I will post that for you. I plan to put that on an excel sheet, I can post that on my website for anyone to download.

The plan consume 300 grams of protein a day and 200 grams of carbs, the carbs will be easy. I will be mainly eating to get protein and carbs and not using supplements for this.

I have to plan out my meals but that is not difficult.

So anyone that wants to see results can just add themselves to this post. Wish me luck and we will see if Nutrex is true about their sayings.

When i was on Mag-10 i was hitting almost 6000 cals a day....personally i feel that made the difference you might want to up the calories a little. My friend has used everything you can immagine and when he cuts the calories short his results fall short too. I mean at 214 id get atleast 4500 in.... on workout days..... lots of brown rice and chicken haha..... i dont want to sound like im tellin you im sorry but its just something i see alot of ppl do..... i work at a vit store and see loads of ppl come, some get huge some get lighter cause of there wallet haha. But one hting is calories when putting on size if you trying to lose weight you know im wrong haha....but it didnt seem that unless i am that blind......have fun broh ...peace

FunkMasterFlex no offense taken thanks for the reinforcement. Sometimes we do get all caught up on the product doing the work and not eating correctly.

Linebacker55 here is what I did on my 1-ad and 4-ad cycle for 8 weeks.

1st week 1-ad = 3 pills a day
2nd week 1-ad = 3 pills a day
3rd week 1-ad = 4 pills a day and
4-ad = 2 pills a day

4th week 1-ad = 5 pills a day and
4-ad = 2 pills a day

5th week 1-ad = 6 pills a day and
4-ad = 2 pills a day

6th week 1-ad = 5 pills a day and
4-ad = 2 pills a day

7th week 1-ad = 4 pills a day and
4-ad = 2 pills a day

8th week 1-ad = 3 pills a day and
4-ad = 1 pill a day

for my post recovery I took 4-ad for another 2 weeks with just 1 pill a day.

I maintained my size and strength after. I went from 212lbs to 225lb solid lean muscle. I had people asking me if I was on steriods :rolleyes: . I did maintain my protein intake very high at 300 and carbs as well. I cut my cardio down to one a week, running 5 miles during that time.

Plenty of sleep, naps and was religious about eating at the right times and not taking in crap.

Update after 14 days.

1st week 2 pills a day
2nd week 2 pills a day.

Starting 3rd week it will be 3 pills a day.

Creatine first 5 days loaded as stated, then one drink after every workout and non workouts in the morning.

my current weight 220lbs. I feel real good, my strength is okay not there yet on some things as before. I have alot more energy in the gym and could go longer.

I feel I will reach my goal of 225lb, maybe 230lbs which would be awesome.

I am eating all foods, no protein powders, eating alot of tuna, peanut butter at night before bed, bananas, oatmeal in the mornings, not to many carbs after 6pm.

I'll keep everyone posted in the following week.
