Starting new job working 12 hours/day. Help with diet

I start work tomorow working from 7-7. I have a 9:00 am break, and a 3:30 break. and lunch around 1. I will eat a dozen egg whites and whole wheat toast for breakfast as well as skim milk.

Protein shake with water at break.

Steak, and potatoe and skim milk at lunch.

Protein shake at 2nd break.

Pre workout meal when i get home.

Train

Post workout meal.


Can I get enough calories in my busy day. I work on the floor as a supervisor so I can't be running to the microwave or don't have time to warm up full meals. Thanks
