on jan 1st 2001 i weighed 360 lbs and 37.7 % body fat
today i weigh 285 and 20.5 % body fat i am 5'10"
i have tried keto diets can't do them all the fat makes me feel greezy they work awesome, but at the same time low carb moderate fat and high protien work just as well for me. my numbers a day are 300 grams protein,125 grams of carbs ( 100 of witch is taken in post work out meal) and 50 grams of fat from efa's, and red meat. cardio mostly post work out for 30-45 min and my weight lifting routine consist of chest and back mon, tues arms, wends k-9 bite and search training, thurs day shoulders, friday legs, sat sun off. my goal is 235 @ 13%
