AFTER FAILING MY DIETS ..GIVING UP TO REACH MY GOAL OF 230 PDS ..IAM 265 RIGHT NOW BF 30%...SO IAM GOING TO GIVE IT A NEXT SHOT ...MY BIGGEST PROBLEMS IS EATING LATE AT NIGHT IAM TRYING TO EAT SMALL MEALS 5 TIMES A DAY ,CUT THE CARBS THROUH OUT THE DAY ..AND USING A LITTLE HYDROXYCUT..I BOX INTERNATIONALLY AND IAM GETTING MY ASS WHOOP CAUSE IAM TOO BIG AND SLOW....PLLEASE HELP ME REACH MY GOLD ...

you got to believe in yourself. theirs nothing anybody can tell you to do except you. be strict on the diet, make room for 1-2 cheat days, and start hitting the cardio.

I beg to differ, if a really hot girl said she'd have sex with me 7 times a week if I lost 50 pounds then I would be running 3 hours every morning and eatting celery :D
 
Here's a tip that helped me. Go to walmart and buy their version of Tylenol PM. It's cheap and if you take it on an empty stomach it'll knock you out. That way you pass out instead of getting hungry. This really helped me, those nighttime snacks used to kick my ass too!

You can do it. I weighed 345 at 5-10, bf 40%. I tried numerous times to shuck the weight. i finally found the combo that worked for me. I can't cheat (at least much) I am a carb-a-holic. I want chips, cookies, pie (the carb loaded kind too). Once i get some, It is too hard to back away. After 18 months I was down to 220 w/ 18% bf. Not ripped, but damn good for a 40 year old. I also got my bench to 345 and my squats to 500+. I stayed there for another year. Circumstances in life gave me an excuse to ease off my diet and out of the gym. I snuck back upto 290. Last month I stated again and I am down to 275. (lets not get into my bench and squat just yet) It is possible. Take these guys advise, try it and keep what works for you.

I've never had a problem with eatting high carb sweets except for snacks like gushers, gummy snack things, roll ups, etc. I love these, I don't care much for that chocolate bars but I can't stay away from snack packs. Well, I find a simple way to cut these carbs out of my diet. Just don't buy them! If you don't buy them you can't be tempted to eat them since you won't have any, it sounds lame but it works. I just stopped buying all these snacks and started buying healthy stuff instead. I lost alot of weight doing that - just my 2 cents.
 
I recently went through a total body transformation. I lost 10% body fat in 8 weeks. The trick is to supplement MCT's in place of some of your carbs and do lots of cardio. You won't lose muscle and you will have tons of energy. send me a message if you want me to set something up for you.
