Starting my SARMS1 Triple Stack Today

Hey community,

I've been reading this forum for quite some time trying to absorb as much as possible but haven't really posted as I've got nothing much to add at this point lol.

Ok this AM I started my first doses of the triple stack. Let me tell you that the stuff tastes just like rubbing alcohol! I may try to add it to some kind of flavored drink in a shot glass to ease the pain lol.

My cutting cycle looks like this;

1-8 Ostarine 25 mg day in the AM
1-8 S4 50 mg day 25 mg in the AM and 25 mg in the PM
1-8 GW-510516 (Cardarine) 20 mg a day 10mg in the AM and 10mg in PM
1-8 ECY stack 3 times a day
1-8 HCgenerate

9-12 Mini PCT

Ill be hitting the gym 5-6 times a week doing weight training, some endurance cardio, and a lot of HIITs. My diet will be lower in carbs as I seem to lose weight well that way. I don't want to start a log and write up all my workouts and such but I will just update this thread with things I notice, pros/cons, and progress made weekly. Every Sunday morning I weigh in and take measurements. I have been on a diet for a little while where I've already lost some body fat so I won't have that first week lose of 10lbs kinda thing. Also my cardio isnt very endurance oriented so I will defiantly report on progress on that.

Ok so I took my first dose as 10AM (slept late needed to recharge the battery) and hit the gym at 2PM. My first impressions is the energy I got, kind of nice even not too over the top (then I took the ECY stack around 12PM) which took me over the top but in a ok I need to move my ass kinda way.

Today was leg day so I did 10 min on the bike to warm up then hit up a solid leg routine. I noticed that my recover between set was a little quicker and I found myself more eager to hit the next set. After my lifts were done I'm normally spent to the point that its a mission to walk to the car. Not today, today I jumped on the treadmill and got a jog going then jumped on the row machine just to keep moving. I felt like I could of worked out all day but my leg muscle were telling me no! LoL. So it's kind of a weird feeling that your mind and heart want you to keep moving even tho your muscle are spent.

I'm really looking forward to this if this is the real deal and not just a good day at the gym (hype of a new product)
 
The triple stack gives some amazing results, and I'm sure you will enjoy it!

Thanks! I will try to keep this post as real as possible so people can know what to expect from a feeling/performance stand point as you and the rest of the gurus already enlightened us on the science of the product!

Ok, just took second dose of MK and S4 this time I put 1/2 ounce of Diet Cherry 7up in a shot glass and put the dose in there and I immediately took the shot. Let me tell you it was a million times better then straight, it is now doable on a daily basis lol. I also took 1 more soda shot just to make sure I got all residue off the glass walls.

I took my 2nd dose a little over an hour ago and I'm heating up pretty good. Getting hot flashes almost feverish and I feel pretty good as well.

well first off you shouldn't be drinking soda I don't care if its diet if you are trying to shred up.

secondly I wouldn't use that method, put the compounds in your mouth and then drink is the proper way. you will get used to the taste
 
Well today was weight and measurements. I know I've only been on the stack for 1 day but I'm still moving in the right direction. This last week I was tapering off a Clen cycle and my diet was pretty good. I went gym 5 times and had a pretty active week of work.

I lost 4 pounds, and a 1/2" around my waist, stomach, neck, and chest! So I've logged all my stats and have a baseline for this stack. FYI I'm 6' 223lbs
 
Hit the gym today for shoulders/traps and I've noticed that I have a lot more focus and a little aggression. Almost like when I was on Test E and Craze PWO last year. Also I'm sweating A LOT more now during my lift then prolly ever, I was completely soaked before I even got to my Cardio.

this combo has a sinergy effect, you will be very happy with proper diet and training afterwards..

I also had a good boost in aggression and endurance with my triple stack run. :evil:
 
Ok we'll this weeks weigh in and measurements were not what I was looking for as I've gained 3lbs and all my measurements were plus or minus 1/4" except for my quads that gained 1/2".

As disappointing as all of this is I feel a lot better, I feel stronger, muscles are getting harder, and I'm seeing a bit more of them (nothing crazy but noticeable by me). I think my diet is suspect as I think my meal timing and calories area bit off (sometimes I get home from gym at 9ish and eat dinner at 10pm) . I won't let one week derail me at all just makes me change things up a bit. But some reason or another I think I'm gaining muscle pretty quickly. Ill be totally honest as I haven't been counting every calorie that I'm taking in, this will change tomorrow and ill be able to make more accurate food adjustments. Ok off to the gym then food shopping for the week!

Ok at the gym I did arms today and I've noticed something different. I was getting amazing pumps which were also pretty painful. To the point that I could even hold the weight, but about 5 seconds later I was GTG.

Also another thing I've noticed is I get DOMS pretty bad no matter what. But after the last few workout soreness is down about 50% and also goes away faster.
 
you are gaining lean muscle on this cycle but you must get your diet in order to fully utilize what you can get accomplished... ALSO, DO NOT MIX YOUR SARMS WITH ANYTHING... If you need a chaser, then that's fine but DO NOT mix them... Take them straight down... Get your diet in check bro because if you don't, you will not get everything out of this that you should be... that would a shame because you can see some huge gains with this cycle...

as said, dial in your diet. Thats why you are not getting smaller in the waist and such.

the triple stack is a potent lil stack and that will explain why you have grown/the insane pumps your getting. Track or semi track your cals until the end of the cycle and i bet you will see great progress.
 
I have dialed my diet in with a better calorie deficit, eating dinner earlier and just now took a quick around the belly measurement and am down 1 1/2" from Sunday! I lose weight in spurts anytime I diet, I never lose a pound or 2 a week. It's pretty much one week ill be the same next ill be down 4 there has been no rhyme or reason.
 
Well the vision sides have started from the S4. So far there really not that bad, seems like every white light has a yellow tint now. It takes a little bit longer to adjust light to dark but not too bad. Also lifted shoulders today and let me tell you the pump/pain that happens 3/4 of the way through a set is crazy. I feel great first 5/6 reps then all of a sudden the burn kicks in!

Just taper the dosage and the vision sides are fine.
 
Well this week I lost the 3lbs I gained last week and an addition 2lbs! Also my stomach is 1 1/4" smaller then it was last week. All that I've done was change up my diet a bit, eating timing, and switched up my workout out a bit. So it seems like fat is dropping off muscle is staying put maybe even adding a very small amount.

Also besides the vision issue I haven't noticed any other side effects from the triple stack.
 
I'm at 50mg a day on a split. Only certain kinds of light are tinted yellow and its really not that bad. With the snow we have been getting when I'm out side and walk in house everything is bright green almost like night vision for about 20-30 seconds.
 
Why r u wasting adaptive energy by doing endurance work? No work on Olympic lifts? Wtf? What is it w/gyms these days, its either that cross fit shit or its a fitness gym, nothing normal w/clean platforms and low monthly dues. Here in Calgary some of these cross fit fuckers charge 250 a month and the normal gyms have lame ass machines everywhere such as elliptical trainers and shit. The only normal gyms I've seen are in Russia on Dimitry klokovs YouTube videos. No way in hell would I be spending tons on sarms if I were lifting in a Calgary gym. I'd probably want to put an Olympic bar thru a mirror. If u have the patience to be on testosterone and put up w/the general publics shit more power to ya.

When you say don't mix .... That incl aas. Tren test gw and s4 in calorie deficit ?

If you did, then you would see I post cycles on a daily basis of sarms and aas... I WROTE AN ARTICLE ON RUNNING GW AND TREN...

You can run sarms with anything and they will be extremely effective... They are the most versatile thing you are going to find...

YES, YOU CAN AND SHOULD MIX THEM WITH AAS...

i find gw should be ran with any cycle period and osta in pct as well..they are staples for any cycle i run now,just about.

I dont really go ape shit mixing aas and sarms that much but those are the cases i always do.there are a few other exceptions as well.

After blast cycle I'll be back on trt dose for like 10-12 wks . So to maintain gains would any particular sarms be any good ? Or bridge supplements ... Blasting and cruising on trt is new to me

everytime i finish a cycle and i cruise, i run the sarms triple stack bro... that's so ideal for a cruise... its the ultimate bridge... the complete cycle layout just depends on your goals... let me know and i'll lay it all out for you...

Ok pm me , however my blast ends with gw and s4 so I'm guessing I'll need a break off the sarms as well as the aas ?
 
You can run both GW and S4 up to about 12 weeks, but I would take 8 weeks off after that so it can become effective again

Yes probably best if I save the sarms until after when I'm cruise again . Rather than run then on cycle with test tren anavar :)
