Starting First SARMS Cycle

Hey everyone, I'm starting my first cycle as soon as they get here. I ordered some LGD from sarms1. My current stats are 5'9" and 182lbs my body fat unknown I've never checked. I eat roughly 4000 calories a day with 5 to 6 meals a day. I weight train normally 6 days a week with sunday off and sometimes wednesday. I've never really maxed on anything but I can bench 235lbs once, squat 365 twice and deadlifted 225 eight times. During my cycle I'm going to try and max at the beginning, middle and end of my cycle. My goals are just to put on more muscle mass and size before I ever start cutting.
My cycle is going to be 12 weeks of LGD and 10mg everyday. PCT is going to be pretty simple with HCGenerate for 30 days taking the doses directed on the bottle.
I'll be posting pictures and more stats as I go along.
 
I can tell you did your homework. Your cycle lay out and PCT plans all look perfect. Nice work.


You have pretty impressive lifts for your size and having never touched PEDs. You are going to love your LGD run.


I don't have much to add other then that I'll be following along your log brother. After your PCT, I would do a SARMS cutting cycle using the SARMS triple stack. The triple stack is combination of S4 + ostarine + cardarine. http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol
Cardarine is a great SARM for fat loss and endurance
Ostarine is a great SARM for recovery
S4 is a great SARM for strength gains
You get the best of everything by stacking the three together.
 
Running LGD on its own is a great way to dip into the world of PEDs. It will allow you to see how you respond to it. The great thing is that you wont see any side effects but will see some nice strength and lean mass increases.

Just make sure you have your diet absolutely locked in every single day and put all your effort in when you are training.

your pictures i would guestimate your body fat in the high teens, maybe touching 20%. it isn't THAT bad, but i think you have a lot of room to improve

I'm trying to get more size and everything on to my arms and then the next cycle or two down the road I'm going to start cutting more

thanks I have been working out for a few years starting in high school while on the football team and I've been getting more into actual weight lifting as I went on and just trying to get bigger and stronger as I go. I'll definitely keep everyting posted as much as I can

I have been reading a lot on sarms recently and was going to start with a pretty big cycle but the price went up on some of them and I figured to just start with one for my first one and lgd seemed like the right one for what I'm trying to achieve.
I'll keep pictures and everything posted as I go
 
Well I received the package last night all of the bottles came intact and full. I was pretty happy with how they package them. I took my first dose this morning of 10ml. This morning I weighed 183.1 lbs I'll do my best to keep everything updated as I go!
 
Pretty successful night at the gym, can't speak on the sarms since just starting. But tonight did some chest starting with just 135lbs for warm ups and moving to 185lbs 2 sets of 5 reps. After getting a slight pump I did 235lbs once and went back down to 200lbs did 3 sets total 2 of 5 reps and the last one to failure ended up doing 8 reps. Once that was done we continued to flat bench with 155lbs and having the chains on the ends of the bars. Also did 3 sets of flys on the machine and 3 sets of 10 reps on decline bench.
 
So got back from the gym not to long ago after a night of doing a little back with mainly bicep workout tonight. Feeling pretty good strength seems to be up for sure and my pumps are a little more intense and feeling harder. I weighed myself before working out and the scale said 186.4lbs so that's a little over 4lbs hopefully it keeps going up!

Did triceps and some shoulders tonight.
Shoulder press 3 sets of 115x10 and 2 sets of 135x5
Dumbbell side raise 5 sets with 25lbs 10 reps
Triceps-
Incline skull crushers with the 60lbs easy curl bar 3 sets 10 reps
One hand tricep extensions over hand and under hand grip 6 sets 3 of each doing 10 reps 15lbs and 20lbs
Overhead extensions 3 sets 10 reps 35lbs
Reverse grip tricep push downs 3 sets 10 reps 40lbs
Tricep push downs 3 sets 10 reps 50lbs
I think I'm forgetting some but that pretty much sums up the night
 
I've done many ldg cycles the first one I did I ran for eight weeks and I got a bit of gyno some say you can't get gyno from ldg but I'm serious you can if your prone to you say this is your first cycle I would recommend you get some aromasin just in case.. I only run it now for four weeks now and this give me no gyno problems good luck

I have done a 12 week Test E cycle before at 500mg a week and had aromasin and I never had a problem with gyno at all. I'll definitely keep an eye out for it and might pick up some stuff for it incase but I do appreciate the input bud
 
Remember that the weight is just a number. If you gained 5 pounds of muscle and lost 5 pound of fat, the number on the scale would not change but your physique would look totally different.

Also remember that there is no water retention from SARMS. All the weight you can is real true weight that you will keep once your cycle is over.

If you are having trouble eating enough, you could try blending your food.

Buy a high quality blender and blend together the following:
2 scoops of a high quality protein powder
oatmeal
natural almond butter or peanut butter
frozen fruit
banana
ice
chia/flax seeds
spinach/kale

You can easily make the shake 800 calories and drink it for breakfast.
 
I would continue to focus on strictly lean mass and still cutting some fat. Unless you are really lean I don't think you need to look at the scale too much. Just keep pushing.

thats true, hopefully I'm burning fat while gaining muscle and thats why I'm not seeing anything on the scaleh. I'm definitely seeing improvements strength and seem to have a slight bit more size on my arms and thats a good idea about the shakes I'll probably start doing that as snacks between my meals

I definitely hope that I'm burning fat while still putting on lean mass and thats why I haven't seen the scale move in the last week. I definitely feel better in the gym and I seem to look slightly bigger.
