If I was to change my mind and use sarms or a PH, what ones would you suggest or what PHs have you heard good reviews about? Seems like there is a lot out there to choose from
to the op and hijacker id say train and diet consistently 3 more years at the minimum then decide if u want to run aas still. look up some training programs ans diet plans for ectomorphs. then if you have natural results run a test only cycle and btw there is a new transdermal test option so you wouldn't have to use a needle.

Interesting, I'd be down to do a test only cycle with a transdermal method.
I am interested in PHs and SARMS, is there any more that someone can tell me about them? Any that someone recommends?
I already use creatine for pre and whey protien for post workout.
Why is my age such an issue? And What about low dosages of either of the 2 if my age is such a factor?
If someone could give me their input on a good way to go about it instead of telling me not to do it at all that would be very helpful...
People are telling you to not run any hormones because you're young enough that you still have a sh*t ton of your own, plus I'm pretty sure you can f*ck up your natural production permanantly if you mess with them before you are fully developed hormonally. Wait a few more years if you can be a little more patient.
Try to listen to what these guys are talking about, they know their stuff...
If not, I think a SARM is probably the safest way to go. It isn't going to make you put on a ridiculous amount of mass right off the bat, it's slower, but that isn't a bad thing.
Ostarine is supposed to be good for a slow bulk. I have been using it with S-4 to recomp, and I think it has helped me maintain a lot of muscle while losing fat. I'd imagine if I had been eating a whole lot rather than working on a deficit it would have helped me bulk up.
