starting a cycle

I have done a cycle of Winny before. I am looking to do a cycle of Anavar. I am wanting to do it for about 6-8 weeks. I was thinking (and have read) about doing 5-10mg/day. Is this a good amount? I was also looking at stacking it with Testoserone Propionate. I was wondering what peoples' opinions were on that. I have seen different websites that say what a dose should be for that, but honestly, I am not sure. I am looking to put on some mass, but want to maintain a somewhat "feminine" look. Any comments are welcome and I look foward to them!
 
What were your results from the winny cycle? Both muscle & sides.

Anavar you will probably find to be a lot lighter on the sides. You should find it easy to start at 5 mg. Run that for a week or so. Move up to 10 mg. See how you handle the sides. Could be you can even handle more - but base that on your sides from up to 10 mg. You can even slice them in half if you want to inch a little slower after 10 mg. Watch for things like oily skin, break outs, etc. I assume you already know the expected side of having your period interrupted. And the obvious, train like a mofo and eat clean. Stay away from junk & alcohol and anything that will stress your liver.

I can't make any suggestions on the Test prop. My first question would be why. There are others who can give you better responses on that. I would also suggest running a longer cycle, something more like 8-12 weeks. 10 mg is not an aggressive dose and there's really no reason to get aggressive - for women more is not necesarily better. And frankly just the sides of oily skin, etc. can really be annoying to live with for long periods of time. The slow & low approach will give you results too. Var is nice because it doesn't promote a lot of bloating.

Your desire to put on mass can be managed by EATING appropriately and LIFTING appropriately. It seems that the results of a var cycle are maintained after the cycle is over too. The "looking feminine" thing is a result of managing your cycles - no need to get jacked. Particularly if you are not competing.

What brand of var are you expecting to use? What is your current training & diet plan?

i really didn't have many side effects with the winny...except near the end of the cycle. near the end i became very bitchy and bad mood swings...so i just stopped it all together. i was up to 15mg/day. i was very sensitive with sex though....that's a good sign! ha ha

i was also lifting very heavy..went up in bench from 120 to 185x2 and went to leg pressing 810x4 (18 plates). i saw a lot of development in my shoulders and a nice taper in my back. i still had problems with shedding fat from my midsection.

diet wise: i was doing a low carb/high protein diet. i don't think my body liked it at all. i had energy, but by the end of the day, i was dead. also, i have to keep a watch on my blood sugar b/c diabetes runs in my family. i was eating most of my carbs in the morning or mid day. also, i was eating 6 meals a day. that's normal for me to eat that often. i did the diet before i started the cycle and continued it after the cycle for a few weeks. but since i wasn't seeing the changes from the diet, i quit doing it.

now, i just eat in moderation. i am eating more carbs and i've lost weight....and gone down a size in clothes!

my goals are to gain a little more size, but to really "get cut up" esp. in my abs and legs. the muscle is there, but i want it a little bigger. i'd like to do a competition, but at this point in time, i dont have a workout partner/trainer. so, if you know anyone in my area, that would be great!

Generally, it is not a good idea to stack two drugs without taking them separately first. That way, you know how your body responds to each one and at what doseage.

I'd go with anavar. While it won't pile mass pounds on you, it will help you gain some size and strength. Doseage varies, but most women are comfortable with starting at 5mg and bumping up to 15mg after awhile. 10mg seems is most common. Sides are typically minimal. Just make sure you eat your protein!

Why do you feel like you have to have a training partner to get ready for a comp? My guess is that you can do it alone! As long as you have the drive, you can do it! :)

Don't go over 10 mg if you wish to maintain a feminine look. The higher your dose higher the risk of developing masculine traits. If you aren't going to compete, and are simply looking to obtain a leaner harder body, that still looks sexy and feminine you might want to avoid stacking altogether and simply stick with low doses of a single compound.

I disagree. You cannot make a blanket statement like that. I spent many weeks at 15mg of anavar with NO side effects at all. Everyone is different. You must start low and slowly move dose up while watching for sides.

But this is typically true. But can also depend on the overall strength of the compound. Some are more androgenic than others.

I emphatically second this opinion! Especially when considering taking two drugs you have never taken before.
