i really didn't have many side effects with the winny...except near the end of the cycle. near the end i became very bitchy and bad mood swings...so i just stopped it all together. i was up to 15mg/day. i was very sensitive with sex though....that's a good sign! ha ha
i was also lifting very heavy..went up in bench from 120 to 185x2 and went to leg pressing 810x4 (18 plates). i saw a lot of development in my shoulders and a nice taper in my back. i still had problems with shedding fat from my midsection.
diet wise: i was doing a low carb/high protein diet. i don't think my body liked it at all. i had energy, but by the end of the day, i was dead. also, i have to keep a watch on my blood sugar b/c diabetes runs in my family. i was eating most of my carbs in the morning or mid day. also, i was eating 6 meals a day. that's normal for me to eat that often. i did the diet before i started the cycle and continued it after the cycle for a few weeks. but since i wasn't seeing the changes from the diet, i quit doing it.
now, i just eat in moderation. i am eating more carbs and i've lost weight....and gone down a size in clothes!
my goals are to gain a little more size, but to really "get cut up" esp. in my abs and legs. the muscle is there, but i want it a little bigger. i'd like to do a competition, but at this point in time, i dont have a workout partner/trainer. so, if you know anyone in my area, that would be great!
