First shot yesturday. I have *p EQ at 200mg/ml so I'm guessig I get about 120-150mg per ml of EQ. I will do 800mg per week, giving me about 500-600mg(maybe..).
The biggest consern are my arms. My goals are to maintain at this bodyfat% of 7% and still gain LBM. Also I would like to lower my estrogen deposits. I will run the EQ for 12 weeks and inject 4 times per week. 1cc in right biceps 1cc in my left, and 1cc in my right triceps and 1cc in my left. Next week I will start winny at 50mg ED for 30 days. Then go off the winny and in week 6 add proviron at 25mg ED and bromo at 2.5mg per day.
Week 8-9 I will add 40mg dbol ED and weeks 10-11 I will do 30mg of dbol. Also adding nolvadex during this period. Weeks 8-11 or 9-12 I will also add tren at 75mg ED. I used tren before and site injected into my biceps and they changed quite a bit. Even now, several weeks after they look great. Vascular, bigger and more cut than ever. 4 weeks with dbol seems like a good period for me, I've done it before and It seems like my body reacts pretty good in the beginning with a new steroid. Same thing with Tren. I might bump the tren dose to 100mg ED.
I'm currently taking ALA, 10 times amount of carbs in my meals(50g carbs then I take 500mg. 100g then I take 1g and so on)
I'm very sensitive to carbs so I will be very focused on eating Low GI carbs about 250g per day. Protein I will bump to 2g per Lb bw. And fats mainly from omega3(20g per day) and flax seed and some olive oil.
When I used EQ last time I got anxiety so this time I will add inositol and choline, as soon as I feel the same feeling. Also adding St Johns post cycle for depression(always get this..).
Also Grape seed extract, multivitamines, 2g calsium per day, and LOTS of water and ginger root with every protein meal.
Post cycle therapy
Clomid 300mg day 1, 100mg 2-7, then 50mg 8-14
Zink 50mg ED
Clen 100mcg for 14 days
Bromo 3.75-5mg ED
Training:
I will focus on my arms as I said. This is how my program will look like:
Monday:
Shoulder, Abs, Calfs
Tue: OFF, only morningwalk for 1 hour before breakfast
Wed: Triceps/bicepstraining in the morning and will bump my cals with about 1500-2000cals this day and the day after)
Thu: OFF, no cardio
Friday: Legs and back. 2 workouts for legs and 3 for back(starts with Deadlifts then squats).
Saturday. Chest, Calfs
Sunday: Morningwalk before breakfast.
As I wrote I will add an extra 1500-2000 cals on wednsday and thu.
My biceps/triceps workout will look like this;
Every other Week I will start with triceps, next week biceps:
Triceps: 1: Weighted Dips(2 weeks in a row, then 2 weeks narrow bench press) 4 weeks 8-12 reps, 4 weeks 4-6 reps.
2: Scull chruchers 2 sets
3: Standing tricepspress
Biceps:
1: Barbell curls 3 worksets
2: Hammer curls 2 sets
3: Scott curls 2 sets or consentration curls.
