I love cleans. All types- hang cleans, power cleans, clean and press, clean and jerk, etc. I've always been a big fan of the movement. it works a lot of muscles. In the past 2 years, i have seen 1 other person doing them.
Unfortunately, cleans aren't a part of my current routine. They were part of my last routine, though. I had been doing them once a week since february.
