im 6'2 234 baseball player and nubbie. wat are sum suggestions for a stack? keeping in mind to be lean but pound for pound strong.

bro, steroids will just fuck your joints and your game up. The only thing i would recomend is Anavar 50mg e/d for 6 weeks at the most. You touch anything else then your going to have joinit issues. You could pull a barry bonds and hit up the HGH. But i highly recomend not even getting into roids if your the size you say your are. Keep lifting, eating right and sleep atleast 8 hours a night. good luck and make the right decision.

i play right field and a dh. i dont get tested only when or if we make playoffs. so i wanna get strong but still be able to move. any ideas on stacks? and the fences r different on all fields but avg is like 315-340 to left 380-400+ center and any where from 310-335 right

at 6'2 234 pounds you should be strong as hell already..

Some places up to 420' with a 12-15 foot wall. Over here steroids have changed the game. This entire era is referred to as "The steroid era in baseball" and one player in particular is nightly news because he broke the all-time home run record....

Seems like steroids make the news 4-5 times a week somehow.
