30 mgs dbol/day week-1-6
250 mg Sos week 1-10.
As far as gains go I was about 240 lbs and hit 270 lbs no prob. I was fat to begin with, but 15 yrs ago I didn't have the resources to know any better. Anyway my bench climbed 70 lbs and I looked less fat than I did pre-cycle in spite of a 30 lb weight gain.
Personally I think most beginners don't need over 200-400 mgs/wk to grow. You're starting w/ over 700 mgs/wk. which is a bit high for my taste. 1 Sos/week throughout should be enough(btw Sos contains some deca already) w/ a 30 mg dbol/day kickstart for 4 weeks. But hey, that's just my opinion.
I wouldn't use any anti-e's-any bloating you get will only increase the leverage in your joints-making you stronger(and hopefully bigger). It's not like you're doing a contest and the extra 5-8 lbs of water you're holding is going to matter. BFD if your cheeks puff up. If you're eating right/training hard it's not like your overnight weight gain is going to fool anyone anyway. I might keep some Nolvadex on hand for pct and/or if you start getting gyno symptoms though(doubtful).
Anyway, I hope you know what you're getting yourself into. My 1st cycle was supposed to be my only cycle. 2 weeks after going off I started using Cyp and have been on various mgs/ wk of juice almost non stop for 15 + yrs now-but steroids aren't addictive right? .
BTW-I grew like a weed my 1st 3-4 yrs of training on 200-300 mgs/wk.
