Some type of test. Either test e or test c.
However, before you decide upon your first cycle, I recommend plenty of research on all aspects. Most importantly, don't be lazy with your health. Get a blood test first and get all of your hormone levels checked so once you come off you will have a reference point as to where your "normal" range should be. I can't stress the importance of this enough.
I recommend Bottomline Bodybuilding by the man himself Mr. Montana. It should open some doors for you mentally.
And do I really need to stress the importance of having proper training knowledge, and a PERFECT diet BEFORE even THINKING of AAS? Because if you don't..., then you will NOT get 100% of the positive benefits of taking AAS. You are guaranteed 100% of the negative health risk, so why not ENSURE you will be getting 100% of the positive?
I know..., You know what you are doing in the gym, and you eat great. Unfortunately 98% of people who claim to be bodybuilders don't know the first damn thing about proper training/nutrition protocols. But they think they do. I am not calling you out here, but the percentages are against you actually being ready. And don't even get me started on "personal trainers".
Yeah you're totally right. I just got a blood test yesterday and am going to see my results next week with my doctor. Do you recommend any other stack for cutting other than the one I have mentioned? I was going to do an AnVar, Clenbuterol, Trenfina, and Winstrol stack but then people have been telling me that I shouldn't think of doing Tren during my first time and Winstrol makes you lose hair. I was thinking that AnVar, Clen, Primo, and test e or c (as you recommended) would be a good stack.
It seems like youre totally ignoring what he wrote about diet and training. There is no such thing as a "cutting stack". steroids DO NOT burn fat, DIET AND CARDIO DOES. Just because you add anavar, clen, primo and test into a cycloe, doesnt mean you will be cut, and it doesnt matter how much you put in your body if you dont have a proper diet. AAS is not a miracle drug, its a performance enhancement supplement. It helps you build off of your base, your base being the proper diet, cardio and training. You will be very dissapointed with the results without a proper base, and realize how much money you have wasted, not to mention, anavar and primo are the most expensive aas.
Very good points here.
I am guessing by your screen name "UCLA bound" that you are recently out of high school, or still in high school. My friend..., when I was a senior in high school I was one of the top NPC teenage bodybuilders in the country, and was the reigning teenage champion in three states by the age of 18. I was smart and refused to even think about steroids because I personally wanted to see just how far I could take this ride naturaly. I naturally got up to 260 lbs at 14-16% bodyfat by the time I was 28.
I am now 29, and have yet to do my first cycle. Am I ready for my first cycle? You bet your ass. But I already have 28 inch quads, 19 inch arms, and a 52 inch chest. Those measurements are all taken cold.
What I am trying to say is that steroids do NOT make you a great bodybuilder. They cant even make you a GOOD bodybuilder. You have to become a good/great bodybuilder on your own naturally. After years of trial and error discovering what style of training your body responds to, what specific macronutrient ratio is right for you, and after establishing an impressive physique naturally, steroids can make a good bodybuilder great, and a great bodybuilder a champion.
Think of it this way. You have a genetic limit. You can only get so big naturally. Lets say I have the natural potential to build 19 inch arms. What if I started steroids back when I was 19 years old and had 15.5 inch arms? Would I have gotten to the 19 inches faster? Probably..., but I would then have to take even GREATER and more DANGEROUS amounts of AAS later to get my arms to 21 inches. Which I will achieve now with quite moderate and very safe doses of AAS.
In the end, the longer you train naturally, the better off you will be. Both as a bodybuilder and as a healthy person. Trust me.
Hey guys,
What else should you stack with Anvar and Primobolan? I've never done steroids before and I want to cut some body fat but I need a good beginner/intermediate cutting stack.
Cheers

I'm actually 22 and will be attending UCLA next year for medicine. I have been training for 4 years and have been eating pretty well when I started my fat loss journey. I was at 352 in mid-August. Now I am about 325. I'm just really confused on what my caloric intake and my workout routine should be when I am on AAS. I'll just list my current workout routine below if it helps you out in anyway of telling me what I am doing wrong.
Monday: 10 minute warm-up, back and biceps, 20 minute bike/elliptical
Tuesday: 40 min. brisk walking on treadmill in the morning. Chest and core/abs workout later on in the day.
Wednesday: Off day but I will do 30-45 min of cardio + core/abs if I feel like it (I have class from 8:30-5:30 so I am pretty much drained but there should be no excuses!)
Thursday: 40 min. brisk walk in the morning, shoulders and triceps
Friday: 10 min. warm-up. Legs (might also do arms on this day too)
Saturday: 40 min. brisk walk, back and core/abs
Sunday: 10 min warm-up. Chest+ shoulders
I try to switch it up every now and then. I'll do high-reps(12-20) for about 1-2 weeks then moderate reps (8-12) for another 1-2 weeks. I'll also incorporate some strength days somewhere to keep the strength but I'll make sure to do more cardio on those days to keep the caloric burning the same. In each workout I'll have some supersets, compound sets, pyramids, etc.
If there is anything I can add or need to do, let me know.
I'll now list my diet and please let me know what I can do to improve on it.
8:00am Protein shake with soy milk (600 cal, 90 g protein, 50g carbohydrates, 4g fat)
-->I'll drink half of it at one time and the other half an hour and a half later just so I can let the body digest the protein
11:00am: 1 tuna sandwich: (400 cal., 40g protein, 40g carb, 4 g fat)
2:30pm: Chicken breast sandwich with cheese (650 cal., 45 g protein, 55g carb, 20 g fat)
4:45: Workout
7:00 Post-workout shake: protein powder with apple juice or banana with oatmeal bar (520 cal. 70 g protein, 50g carb (all sugars), 2 g fat)
9:00pm Chicken breast or steak with store bought frozen vegetables (500 cal, 80 g protein, 25 g carbs, 8 g fat) or tuna sandwich
12:30am Protein powder with water (150 cal, 35g protein, 1.5 g carb, 0.5g fat)
I usually eat around 2900-3000 calories a day. The difference relies on if I have a V8 vegetable juice that day (90 cal, 35% sodium (I know so bad but I need to get my servings of vegetables in. I try not to eat carbs at night. If you need more info please let me know!
Also I appreciate you reading this and helping out all of the novices out there including me!
Cheers.

Steroids have a lot to do with fat loss... people saying steroids cannot burn fat are incorrect.
Yes, the main issue is holding onto muscle while dieting and doing cardio, but steroids can and DO burn fat.. especially ones with strong binding to the androgen receptor.
I wouldn't recommend two drugs for your first cycle..
use the primo or the var.
agreed that aas can and will help with fatloss.
But this guy's diet is seriously flawed. He needs to fix his diet, his workout routine, and get his cardio in check before thinking about aas. Unless he is 325 at 15% bodyfat, he needs to lose a considerable amount of bodyfat first. Then he can worry about cycling.
If he wants to take some sort of supplement, fat burners are his best bet. Some sponsors sell fat burners. I also suggest the eca stack (research it). Combine that with a low fat, low carb diet and cardio 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Some type of test. Either test e or test c.

Wow you give great advise for someone whose never touched a steroid... he said he wanted to cut some fat not blow up!![]()
Wow..., You seem to be quite confused. Allow me to help.
Advice: an opinion or recommendation offered as a guide to action, conduct, etc.: I shall act on your advice.
Advise: to give counsel to; offer an opinion or suggestion as worth following: I advise you to be cautious
And as far as what you meant by your comment, most people who know anything about a primo/var cycle would agree that it is best to stack it with some type of test to increase the effectiveness of such a cycle.

There is ABOSLUTELY NO need to stack 3 compounds for a first cycle...
Wow you give great advise for someone whose never touched a steroid... he said he wanted to cut some fat not blow up!![]()
Chill, your like the rambling freak on the board... if i wanted a grammer class id hire a tutor, if i were to ask for advise regarding steroids id rather hear from an experienced user not someone talking outta their ass...
He doesnt need 3 compounds for a first cycle. he doesnt need anavar and primo. at 325 pounds, aas is gonna do more harm to him then good. what he needs to do is drop about 100 pounds with proper diet, cardio and weight training and that could be done in 1 year with dedication, then you can talk about a first cycle.
lolololololyour assumption that a person must have used steroids to be educated on the matter illustrates the linearity of your thought process and even further exposes your ignorance. Based on your flawed logic, i suppose i am not qualified to give advice on the health risks of smoking since i have never smoked a cigarette..., is this correct?
If i were to need steroid advice, i would rather ask the opinion of an educated bodybuilder with three college degrees, such as myself, as opposed to a local user at my gym who cannot even grasp basic grammar and spelling.
X2 exactly!
A month late but a good reply and what most people new to EF would like to and need to hear.I'd like to point out one thing...while some of you were imposing your "internet muscle" and correcting others spelling (hello, this is a forum, not a literacy class), we seem to have lost the original poster. This is truly the sad part here that happens all too often, where someone came to this board looking for "advice" and the thread got high-jacked. I'm not giving an opinion one way or another on any of these comments, other than to say that as a relatively new member, I was hoping to actually gain some insight into the topic at hand, as I have been toying with the Primo/Var stack myself. Instead, I get to hear about how heavyduythit is all natural, has 3 degrees and is giving steroid advice to people even as a non-user, while others are telling him that he can't possibly know anything about steroids without having used them. Sad...
UCLAbound...congrats on losing your weight. Let me comment (as a FEW others have) about your post.
(1) Yes, some steroids will help you lose weight / fat
(2) Yes, I do believe that a Primo/Var stack would be cool, but Primo has to be run for a longer duration at which point will most likely shut you down. A SMALL amount of test e or c each week (like 250) might not hurt to keep the sex drive up
(3) No, you don't need to be using AAS yet, as you really should be getting to like 280 or so before considering.
(4) You most certainly need to have some blood work done to see where you are at, and most importantly, watch your BP and your Cholesterol, since there is a chance that they are raised with you being heavier.
(5)****congrats on your hard work. Keep up the good fight and you'll be ready for gear soon enough if you still have the desire to try it.
Primo and var for a first cycle is sick!!!!!!!!!
400-600mg ew Primo
40-60mg ed Anavar depending on youre weight!
agreed, some sarms s4 for PCT and you will have a masterpiece.
How long would you run it?
