Stack on not?

Would it be a good idea to stack nor-diol with 1,4-ando, or take one or the other by themselves. They both have the same target hormone, but the 1,4-andro seems to have a higher total conversion. Lastly, if you were to stack how much of each. And if not, how much by themselves?

I kinda gave up a bit on the whole andro/norandros. I think the norandro works better orally at least than the regular 4AD. But the gains were minimal even at high doses. The 1,4 is more bioavailable but haven't really heard too many people making gains off this either. I guess it would be better used for cutting, b/c as far as bulking, haven't heard one person tell me a successful story on it.

The best PH i've used was 1AD. Might want to look into that if you're interested or looking at your options. But as far as i know, to make good gains if any w/ the 19nordiol you need about 900mg/day of it. And since it's so pricey at that level, you might as well invest in something that's worked for many people and had great results w/.
