Hello everyone,

I am looking for helpful advice from knowledgeable members familiar with the effects of using certain steroid stacks. I am 40 years old, i have weight trained my entire life and have tried several different cycles of steroids. My current physical stats are 6,1 230 pounds. This is the heaviest i have ever been in my life.I injured my bicep and shoulder about 8 months ago and completely stopped training and following any kind of healthy diet. Its fat, my normal weight is inbetween 185 and 195... I have just started training again and i am now following a strict diet to cut the weight, along with a regimen that is focusing on mostly cardio and core and legs. I intend to cut my weight to atleast 200 pounds before starting cycle below i am considering following. My goal is to gain 15-25 pounds of lean muscle mass.

Weeks 1-6.... Sustanon 350 test blend 1cc every mon-thur-sat

Weeks 1-12... EQ 300 "equipoise" 1cc every mon-thur

Weeks 1-4... Dianabol tablets 40 to 50 mg everyday

Weeks 7-14... Test Enanthate 250 1cc every mon-thur-sat

Weeks 7-12... Winstrol tablets 50 mg everyday

PCT

Weeks 15... Nolvadex 40mg for 2 weeks....20mg for 2 weeks

Weeks 16... Clomiphene 50mg everyday for 30 days

Has anyone ever tried a cycle like this? DO you think using the "sust" for the first 6 weeks then switching to "test enan" will produce better results then just running one or the other for the full 14 weeks? I just want maximum results for the hard work and training i am about to endure. I GREATLY appreciate any feedback anyone can provide. Thank you.

I like the basis of your cycle, but I would make a few changes.

First, just stick with one ester of test the entire cycle. Since you are kick starting your cycle with dbol, I would just go with Test E.

Second, extend you cycle to 16 weeks. With your experience, I think you could even run Test and EQ for 24 weeks.

Third, I would pin 1cc of each on mon, wed, and Friday. This will equate to 750mg Test E and 900mg EQ weekly.

If you continue with your diet and training, you will see a great transformation from a cycle like this.

Thank you for the quick response and guidance. I will follow you're recommendation, and go with the 750mg of test and 900mg of EQ, mon-wed-fri. Extending the cycle sounds good as well. I will save the sustanon for the following cycle... Speaking of the following cycle, i have some Anadrol as well. Do you think following the EXACT same cycle only replacing the "test" with the sustanon, and the dianabol with the "Anadrol" would be a successful counter cycle to this current one?
 
Both of the cycles would be good.

For a change up, you could swap out the EQ in the second cycle for Deca. Sust, Deca, and Anadrol is one hell of a cycle for mass and strength.
 
What do you mean by "I'm fat?"

If your fat you shouldn't be running any AAS
 
A) Lose the attitude.

B) You just started training again after 8 months off?

If u have been out from training for 8 months I agree u prob have a bit to much fat at 6'1 if ur normal weight is under 200 and ur at 230 u prob are over 14% bf a da cycle will have u eating and last thing I want is more food after a bad diet and no training cuz of a injury.. U hurt ur bicep but could not do cardio or legs ?!

If I hurt upper body u best believe I'm doing everything known to man to keep my body lean
Hitting lower body 3x a week and cardio
 
Why not cut down to ur 185? U will see better gains when ur body fat is minimal I speak from experience in that I was 225 at one point and I cut down now I'm 197 ish and man the leaner tone look is way better
