I agree with you both... Doing a cycle with ANY body fat is not smart... I think i will cut weight to atleast 190 before begining cycle... As for why i stopped all training... I had alot going on in my life at that moment, and found myself in a slight case of depression.... That has since changed.. I feel much better now, which is why i have started training again. I am using extreme methods to reach my body weight goals quickly and expect to reach my desired weight in 2 or 3 months... I know it will benefit me the greatest if i am in my best possible condition before starting a cycle.. Thanks to muscle memory. Regaining my strength and muscle tone should be attainable in the same 3 month time span, i have set for myself... However... If i have not reached a desirable weight and conditioning in the alloted time i have set for myself. I will wait a little longer to begin cycle.
