O-ring injections seems to be pretty popular these days. They are also very safe, and will yield keepable gains.

If not, using Fina as a supository (did i spell the word right?) also is a popular way to use stereoids in a safe way.

Do a search on these boards, and you will find alot of interresting threads about the famous o-ring injections ;)
