Today was leg day for me.....
I felt exausted since I got out of bed this morning...
When I got to the gym to do my cardio ..I was tired..ufff
I do spinning every morning..but today was a shidyyy workout...
At noon(time for weights) i really did not felt like going to the gym...but I said to myself.."if I want to see result i better get my BUT in the gym" WEll I warmed up like u suggested (5 min running on treadmill) and did my leg presses..
When it came down to the squats I follw the advise given in this thread ..and IT WORKED..my need were not hurting..I also added and extra 10 LBs...
