Those of you who have power block dumbells, when you do squats or deadlifts, are they too blocky that they brush off your legs when you do those exercises?? Please reply
OH, power blocks are great. They are smaller than most other brands of dumbells of the same weight and therefore easier to balance too. The only let down is that you cant throw them around or drop them or bang them together. The taking care of them does distract me a bit when going to failure.
Any dumbbells, Power Blocks included, brush your legs when you do squats with them. It isn't a big deal. It's not like they gouge and gash your legs when you go up and down.
