Sprints

yeah.. sprints are great. Try working in sprints with some jogging for a high intensity workout. I find it really helps my cardio and i feel a lot faster.
 
Yeah I sprint and god damn am i sore. But it does drop the fat and build your legs, don't get me wrong though you won't get the 30inch quads that way maybe 25' though
 
YES!!! Sprints have improved my cardio 100%. I usually run for about 2 minutes than sprint for 30 seconds. I do this for about 20 minutes after my workout. You can do it in any exercise, track, bike, elliptical...
