started sprinting 2 times a week. My first 3 or 4 steps are very erratic. i want them to become more efficient. can you guys recommend anything for this. I appreciate any tips you folks can give...
i have been coming out of a 2 point stance... I play DE in a football league... Figured sprinting would be great for dieting as well as improving my game... I feel like i am running in mud for my first couple of steps...
