correct he was caught with winny.. but you really think thats all he took? just cause he got popped for it doesn't mean he only took winny and won the gold. everyone assumes all you gotta do is pop some winny and you will be an olympic sprinter. i've read its great for explosive power, i'm not so sure i agree.. i mean isn't any AAS good for that? i think the whole ben johnson thing was a boon for winny makers because it go so much hype.
bottom line is no one knows what he took. he probably doesn't even know.. many of these athletes just take whatever.. if he was so smart he wouldn't of tested positive for it remember that.
btw his coach wrote in his book that Ben took 2.5mg a day of winny. the average bodybuilder takes 20X that. according to him any more and you would stiffen up. again that could be bullshit, no one knows.
Have you considered SARMS S-4? I am not a sprinter. I swim and it made a big difference in my lap times at 25mgs/day skipping Saturdays and Sundays each week. PCT is a a breeze for me after a 6 week cycle.
