Spot injecting washboard abs?

God damn would that hurt. And it would be pointless too.
haha i 2nd that.. i was just curious as to if it has been done... winny pretty much paralyzes me for a good 5 days period upon injection...
the idea however sounds kinda tempting... think about it.. u'd have blocks of steel

But as stated... i'm not worried bout takin winny, just curious if ne1 has ne info on spot injectin the abdominals...

That's just stupid, no one I've ever known that's done winny or any roid has injected it in their abs.

There is no proof that there is any advantage to spot injecting. It doesn't even make any sense from a scientific point of view. And I have done whole cycles with calf only injections with no increased results in proportion to any other body part.

Funny thing is I have done about 10 injections to one head of my left triceps and it has been a long time since I ended my last cycle; it got bigger than the right one. I didnt even inject short esters. Test enan alone or with hex

I also didnt believe it but my left tri s are bigger right now however they are still weaker lol..
The best 40+ bodybuilder of my country told me that injections worked just like you put an ink to water. It will spread same but at first it affects the area you put most.
I guess I will see what happens in my next cycle cuz I am planning to do spot-injections only..

spot injections can increase size to an extent, but it's short lived. The oil can cause inflation, kind of like site injection oil... Not really, but it's the same premise. But it doesn't cause muscle growth

well mine wasnt due to local inflammation cuz it has been months since I stopped using AAS. I am still not very convinced anyway..
you can inject in any muscle you want (other then organs obviously). it can be used as a good fascea stretcher if done right. some muscles are more risky than others. i would say abs are one of the riskiest. i would need a harpoon to reach mine right now lol.
haha, yea i feel ya... i'm lookn down at mine right now and i'm soo tempted to stik em with winny.... prolly would cause more pain than usual and hinder my workouts tho which is holdn me back...
