SO - a friend tells me this story:

He's sitting at home watching the Cubbies play many years ago, back when Harry Carey was the announcer. Anyway - as the game is going on they keep panning the camera to a young couple kissing. This happens a few times and Harry is making comments about how the couple is enjoying themselves at the ball park. Well, after a bit he says this, "Steve (referring to Steve Stone), I figured it out - you see - he is kissing her on the strikes and she is kissing him on the balls."
