Where do you think the sports capital of the world is? New York or LA?

I would argue that Soccer is one of the biggest, if not THE biggest game in the world. What are the footy grounds and teams like in those cities?

I guess New york would have NBA, NHL, NFL and Baseball as would LA
and every sport has their "Meccas"

For example the mecca of
Boxing would probably be Las Vegas... to fight there is big!
The Mecca for Mixed Martial Arts is Either Japan or Brazil
The Mecca for Muay Thai is Thailand

Sorry but those are only the sports that I really know haha

I'm from Boston, we have all four major sports. But if you're gonna go for a sports capital. Why not go where competitive sport began, Athens, Greece
