I know this topic has probably been asked billion times but since i am bit confused by peoples logics ill try to represent my way of doing things so we could possibly find the best way to take it
I wake up at around 10 AM
My training starts 15 PM
Now basically i have 2 meals before workout.. and last one is 2 hours before meaning 13H
I am using dbol from start 20,and now 30 mg..Its thai danabol DS aka blue hearts
Basically i am looking for dbol half life and some ppl claim its as big as 4.5 h and as low as only 3!! i guess we will never know
now regarding 20 mg dose i took both 1 hour before workout...
When i bumped to 30 i took 1 tablet in morning and 2 again before workout
does this work well? since if i take 1 tab,by the second meal dbol is out of my system and there aint any remaining part from first tab in me during training? does this even matter and does body ''count'' 30 mg as 30 mg no matter where they are or should dbol dosing be counted like the mgs NEED to be in you during workout period?
on side note id like to see is this way of splitting better or could i take 30 all at once before workout? does it change any sides such as Blood pressure ,suppression etc?
How would i split 40 ,and does taking part of dbol after workout too have any logics?
i know there are much questions regarding this but i am just curious where did ppl notice biggest gains,strength pump and mass wise..
Rest of cycle is test enanthate 500 mg /week,proviron 50mg ED
