split routine thoughts?

I have been training for 2 years during full body exercises and I was reading in a magazine about split routines, what do you think about this one below?
Day 1: biceps and back
day 2: triceps and chest
day 3: legs and abs
would this work for a 23 year old?

D-1 chest ,triceps
D-2 Shoulders ,biceps
D-3 back, legs
Everyday abs
Day or two off then repeat .
Works great for me .

thats fine but add day 4 full body workout
then take 3 days off and rest
or use day 5 as cardio 1 hour session

at your age i would even recommend doing compound lifts for a year or two before doing splits

Split routines are not age specific. Give it a try
